I just missed the return date because I bought it as a gift (have to wait until I use it). i need my money back Three large sponges scratch my daughter's skin too much. She literally says "Oops!" when I wash her back. Two sponges have a large, hard, clump-like stalk that is awful to the touch. One of the sponges has an odd pattern of orange mold that my daughter doesn't want to use. Three large lips were nicked, not professionally trimmed. There are parts hanging from the main part. With use, the jaws appear to tear because the "cut" has severed the main body. As they would fall apart it was a waste of money. I like two very small lips. They are as expected.
