I like that it allows our developers to be able to deploy their site without creating a custom queuing system. It also allows us to set up our own ticketing functionality which we can manage internally. I dislike the fact that the support team is very slow to respond to tickets. Also, they keep asking for more information up-front which is not necessary. We were able to use it with no issues. Our biggest issue was our ticketing system. It allowed us to manage tickets internally which made it easier to keep track of. The best thing about this software is that it's easy for non technical people like me to use, I can easily add new clients without any problem. There are some things you need to know before using this product, such as how much bandwidth your hosting provider provides. If they don't provide enough then it will be difficult to handle more than 5K concurrent users. We have solved our problems of handling huge amounts of traffic at once by implementing this queueing software.
