It was exciting for me to purchase at MDSTOP for sporting goods and outdoor equipment because I am a life coach who promotes leading an active lifestyle. On the other hand, my interactions with the business were not in the least bit satisfying. I found the website to be difficult to traverse, and it was a struggle to locate the items that I required despite the site's extensive selection of products. It was difficult and time-consuming due to the absence of search options and filters, which was frustrating. In addition, the products I ordered were of poor quality, and I was dissatisfied with how long they lasted. I attempted to get assistance from customer support, but I found that they were unhelpful and condescending when I contacted them. In addition, the shipping procedure was very slow, and it took several weeks for me to finally get my order. When the items were delivered, they were poorly packaged and damaged when they were eventually delivered. In general, I would not suggest MDSTOP to anyone who is seeking for high-quality equipment for sports and outdoor activities. The poor design of the website, the absence of search options, the low quality of the products, the unhelpful customer service representatives, the slow delivery, and the poor packaging are not worth the trouble. It is disheartening to observe a store with so much possibility achieving so little of its potential.
