Review on Jabra Talk 45 Bluetooth headset, black by Stanislaw Koluch ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product, I recommend that you try it.

2. Some firmware devours batteries. Suddenly it appears that we prevailed. 3. Neither the city nor the village are selected by the "Medium" button. It can only be assigned to certain voice commands; the rest cannot be changed. Without turning off voice prompts, voice control cannot be disabled (and they are just a useful thing). 4. Communication losses start when it is in the pocket across from the ear. The regulations for allowed radiation pose more of an issue than the headset itself. Yet, if it were simply stuttering, the metallic voice would already be present. 5. The fact that volume control can only be changed on a phone is not a disadvantage, but rather an advantage. 6. We can assume that there won't be any assistance in 2022. Letters are not returned. Generalization: They used to perform better (c). In front of her was a vintage Jabra Classic that had been "eaten by a dog, but must be alive." It turned out to be rather alive, and for about six months I had no experience of grieving for her before the battery abruptly died. This one ended up being expensive, fancy, and cool but with a lot of minor issues. I counsel owners to use caution when using, avoid walking in the rain, gently poke the charge, and remove the mesh (cleaning in hydrogen peroxide is useless, I tried it). I have so far swapped out Plantronics.

Pros
  • 1. The music's audio quality is best. Plus five! 2. Maintains the stated duration of 6 hours, even when listening at maximum volume. It is challenging to expect more from a tiny smartphone. 3. Aesthetic and portability. Only on business does the LED blink. 4. The firmware's ability to be updated. 5. The connection status and battery charge are announced with a single press of the main button. There's no need to load the statusbar with charge icons or install pointless programs. Other headsets don't have this feature, which starts to be seen as a drawback. 6. Appropriate voice cues. Where they are suitable, they are present; they are not. The caller's voice is crooked, but they speak. 7. The communication range is quite adequate; for instance, at a gas station, communication with a phone in a car that is lying there is only interrupted in the restroom. It bounces back rather quickly and without any issues. 8. Reliable machinery. Lanyard, charger, many interchangeable pads, and ear hooks are all included. superior plastic. 9. Maintainability comparatively (can be completely disassembled without destruction).
Cons
  • 1. Planned obsolescence is the most significant. The speaker's grating and the holes adjacent to it are blocked by ear fat exactly by the end of the warranty (they play the role of small phase inverters). The quality of the music deteriorates and it becomes quite difficult to hear the speakers. Treatment: Take out the hook and disassemble the delicate mesh entirely using a thin needle from the edge. In general, it serves no purpose at all in this situation; when the client's headset becomes clogged, it simply directs them to purchase a new one. The ear does not contain metal filings or anything else that could harm the speaker. But throughout their entire service life, microphones have stayed sterile. Flaw! 1a. Voice reception and transmission issues started after I updated my Galaxy Tab Active's firmware from the 4th to the 5th (official), though I'm not certain that the headset manufacturer is to blame. The phrases themselves cannot be heard, and the voice occasionally takes on a metallic tinge. The interlocutor can only be identified by the intonation of the phrases. The same as you, he hears you. Bringing the phone close to the headset will occasionally cure the issue, which is apparently related to the strength of the bluetooth signal the headset is receiving. The Internet is filled with articles on this issue, but there is no response from UV. There isn't and probably never will be a manufacturer. I am aware of at least two odd locations—one in St. Petersburg and one in Hong Kong—where music intermittently plays and there is always a problem with a metallic voice. 1b. A charging issue, or more specifically, a problem with its connector, started sometime in the past year and two months. When it was opened, it was discovered that the contacts on the scarf were oxidized (do not use the device while it is raining!). Also, there appears to be a non-contact someplace. Although it is unclear whether one is connected to the other, soldering is nearly impossible, and even if this connector is soldered, the components close to it will begin to melt.
