These things work great! If you have LED panels, they will fit almost all. You don't need frames or adapters for specific light sources. They reduce about a light stop or two for reference. But they do an excellent job of diffusing light, minimizing the slight micro-shadows inherent in LED panels, and working to make the source a little larger for softer light. And the additional eggbox/mesh works great to reduce the light exit angle to around 20-30°, allowing you to effectively focus the light on the subject and not the background. The quality is really ok for the price, I think it will hold up pretty well. I have a few buddies who have been using them extensively in professional settings for a number of years and are still getting by with little visible wear and tear. Setup is really easy and quick. Compared to other much more expensive ($300-$500!) offerings from Chimera, Wescott, and the like, it's faster, easier, more efficient, and a lot cheaper.
