Review on Innotech® Digital Bathroom Scale Backlit Bath by Steve Fields

This is a continuation of the previous review. Here is my original entry. The product description looked good. Product reviews looked good. How could I be wrong? Unfortunately, the scale didn't work properly. The weight went down 20-30 pounds and didn't even come back. Of course I was disappointed and sent the scale back. After posting this, I was immediately contacted by my folks at Innotech. They were seriously concerned that the product was not working properly. They sent me a new scale within a few days and it looks good and is accurate. Maybe my first experience was an accident? However, their customer support was second to none! My new scale works perfectly. I revised my review and felt that my review should reflect the whole process.
