All my life I have had bumpy, red, itchy thighs and the back of my shoulders. I've tinkered with it (polar keratosis) and made it worse, I've used lotion but it never really made a difference. I use it 1-2 times a day on my legs and arms and it's wonderful. I noticed improvements after a few days but after a few months my legs were super smooth like the people in the naira ads and my arms were about 95% better (a few hits still there but way better). I also tried daily amlactin which was good but this therapeutic way works better. I will be buying this for the rest of my life to get rid of dry, itchy, unsightly bumps!
