Review on 16 Oz Empty Beer Bottles by Chef's Star - Swing Top Glass Bottles with Caps ๐Ÿป for Fermentation, Home Brewing Kombucha, Coquito, and More - Set of 6 Clear Fermenting Bottles with Stoppers by Ryan Brady

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Highly recommended with some warning - very tough!

Many including myself have complained that they are too tight/difficult to open or close. But I'll check my review after a few months of honest testing and give it a 5 star rating. They're very dense, but I like that now because it helps create and retain carbonation. You can close them with some effort, and a trick helps to open them - see photo. Unlike comparable bottles, the steel flip-top cap does not swing to either side of the bottle, which is a minor inconvenience. The brush and funnel were included; They're cheap, which is what I expected as most companies don't even include them. There are no points deducted for this - even if there were none, I would not deduct points. Fast, free, complete delivery! Like my other 24 bottles, bought from different companies, bought for different occasions, they are identical in every way except for the corks and the brute force required to operate them, these bottles are the best. Not better (I've bought bad ones too). Strong and easy to drink, and as strong as you could ask for from a glass bottle. That's why they cost $20! For real! They are almost a work of art. Highly recommended. Just warn of Enge and pay attention to the photo for help opening bottles.
