The quality of the blanket I received was poor. There are no protruding threads, uneven beads. When I contacted Luna for a refund it got very ugly very quickly. They simply will not confirm their written guarantee in the booklet that came with the package. When I claimed this they just stopped responding and there is no other way to contact them other than email. You cannot call them and their physical address is not real. I am currently working with the BBB and Consumer Affairs as they openly lied about their promised guarantee. I literally resent the way they treated me. Luckily, Revain has an excellent returns policy.
