This product and company are amazing. When the module arrived, the small tag interfering with the battery was missing, so the batteries lost their charge and the module didn't work. I emailed the company on Sunday afternoon expecting to hear back on Monday. Instead, on a Sunday, shortly after I contacted them, I received an email. Company representative Kevin was very helpful with several different answers. I had little time for a project I was working on and he respected that. I suggested I go to the battery shop on Monday morning, test the original batteries and if they are bad, buy new batteries. Kevin sent me instructions on how to change the battery (the instructions are also in the original packaging). The good news is the batteries were bad, I replaced them with good batteries and the module works great. Kevin reimbursed me for new batteries. The module is incredibly easy to record, the recording quality is excellent and the module works great. There are several videos on the website that walk you through the process of testing, writing and inserting the module into the card (which is what I'm using). They are well made and the instructions are very clear. When I emailed their responsiveness was amazing and impressive. I am very grateful for both the quality of their products and the quality of their customer service. I highly recommend this module.
