I've been wearing a night splint for several years because of excessive grinding. My last set started irritating the inside of my bottom lip so I thought this product would be perfect as it is not bulky on the front of the mouth. I received this and was excited to try it. When I put it in to try it on it seemed to fit well but the part that should go around your front teeth didn't seem to fit but the packaging says it reacts to your body heat. and takes the shape of your mouth after a few minutes, so I didn't really think about it. I used it the first night and kept waking up because the state of the art body heat sensitive tape that was supposed to fit so well kept loosening and wrapping around my tongue and the rotating plates were too high on my gums what caused it to rub. where my lip meets his I thought maybe I hadn't adjusted it properly so I tightened it and tried again the next night and the same thing happened. The next morning my naughty dog snatched it from the bedside table and I just threw it away. Don't waste money.
