I like that they are flexible when it comes to scheduling interviews, etc., which helps me get my work done! And honestly? Their customer service has been top notch at every turn during this process. They really do care about their candidates' experience as well!! Nothing so far - everything's great from our side thus far. ! The only downside we've run into was getting used to working through third party payroll companies for benefits purposes (we were previously self employed). It can be confusing if you're not familiar w/ how your previous employer paid out health insurance & other things via 3rd parties such as United Healthcare or Aetna.
