Review on Skytech Gaming E248W 19203R Professional Speakers with HDMI for HD Experience by Ryan Reynolds

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great but a few caveats.

I bought these for myself a year ago as a birthday present as I was lucky that my old PC graphics card died and it seemed cheaper to buy a pre made card than to get a scalped card. It arrived, worked great for a few days and then a blue screen of death hell followed. I deleted it thinking maybe it was a bad driver but it didn't help so I contacted their tech support who told me it was probably lamb so they sent me new lamb sticks. I changed them and it didn't help. So I finally boxed it up to inspect and fix it. They ended up replacing a few parts and sent them to me about a week and a half after I sent them to them. That worked for a good 3 ½ months. and then. It wouldn't turn on, sent it back, it turned out the PSU had died so I sent it back to replace in case something else broke. When it came back it worked, but the power supply used to replace it with a fan was loud as hell. I heard it for 2 rooms, instead of messing around with their tech support I spent $200 on a good quality Evga PSU to replace it. I haven't had any problems since my last accident 9 months ago. I like this! I just wish it was less work to get started than building it myself. Will I buy from Skytech again? I'm honestly not sure. They've done a lot of work on their free warranty, but I'm not sure that's why they didn't have a working gaming PC for almost a month and a half last year due to various issues.
