Great value for money

This is the original finished review: First, what kind of headphones are these? (over 40 years of professional audio experience). These are great headphones for the home studio or personal listening. DJ quality? Well, if you're talking about the weekend warrior, the occasional party DJ, then yes. Professional/commercial use by DJs who put a lot of physical strain on them, absolutely not! Let's face it, these are $30 headphones. I give positive 5 stars for the following reasons: The sound quality corresponds to the price. I'm having a hard time discerning a "really noticeable difference" between my studio-quality Sennheiser headphones and Bose. These are also my first 50mm phones with drivers. Here is my valued OPINION. Remember, everything you get from these reviews is an opinion only. Test 1. Checking the THX sound system. Very accurate reproduction. Test 2: Bose Studio Demo CD. Very good Music tests: 1. Also language of Zarathustra, Op. 30-Richard Strauss; Excellent and accurate. 2. Toccata and Fugue in D minor, as if I were there. Good clear high frequencies and excellent low frequencies.3. AC/DC, Thunderstruck and Shoot to Thrill; Oh yes.4. ABBA Yes, sounds great.5. Paranoid versions of GFR and BS, no disappointment here either.6. Lynyrd Skynyrd - Simple Man & Free Bird - Let's face it, it would take terrible headphones to ruin them. However, the first series is experience.7. IRON BUTTERFLY IN-A-GADDA-DA-VIDA, Rock ON!8. CD Yanni Acropolis. Also here with pleasure. These headphones are not! It's not bass heavy as some reviewers claim. They actually reproduce more accurate bass than what smaller driver headphones can't reproduce. I would classify them as "Bass Accurate", not heavy. Nor are they "skull crushers," as some have pointed out. I wear them for over 5 hours at a time during the review. I evaluated them both barefoot and with the Neoteck NTK059 headphone amp. The amp has really added a positive dimension to the overall experience, but I'm sure all but the most discerning audiophile will be very happy with them for what they are. I just bought a second pair.
