I like that it has many different options available for you to use, from simple password change requests up until full-on user administration of passwords (including setting them in browsers). It can't be accessed outside secure networks or VPNs - however there is support if needed so this isn’t really an issue as we have no access beyond our internal network unless required by law enforcement etc but even then only after they give authorization! We are using their Password Manager service which saves us having multiple users with similar credentials across several applications including webmail/browser login details.
