Works well. Tip: layer. 1 waterproof pad 1 fitted sheet 1 extra waterproof pad 1 extra shrink wrap. This way, if the baby loses air in the middle of the night, you only have to remove 1 fitted sheet and 1 insert. You don't have to redo your entire bed in the wee hours of the morning.
