Arrived with scuffs on the case clearly showing it has been used. But I thought let's see how they are. Case said 97 but when I connected to the phone my phone said 80%. So it wasn't good. I said let's call. I communicate well with people, but they don't hear me. After calling a few people and turning the volume up to the max, I still couldn't be heard. What a disappointment! Accept Revain return. Fastest I've ever returned. smh
