For some reason a lot of the pillows I have throw me back and forth. They range from memory foam to standard types. To this day, this is one of the few that allows me to get a full night's sleep without rolling and turning on my side. I have chronic chest pain and sleep on my side which makes my pain worse. I had no real opportunity to sleep on my back. This pillow seems to do the job better than any other pillow in my house. It's the perfect height, which was an issue with my other pillows. Sometimes I had to layer two on top of each other, but not with this pillow. It's very comfortable and feels like my head is buried in the pillow (although there's still enough support). This prevents me from going to my side. It doesn't smell, unlike a lot of new stuff that ships from the factory now. The charcoal infusion definitely works. It doesn't break the bank and has improved my sleep so far.
