The stool was easy to assemble (after figuring out which screws go where). I'm 5ft 4 inches tall so I use extensions to make the chair taller so I can sit right in front of the arcade screen. Once installed I noticed that it wobbled to one side (legs were uneven). No problem! The stool comes with washers to insert into the rubber tips that fit onto the ends of the stool legs. I put two washers on the wobbly side and that helped. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the chair. The seat cushion is soft and has sufficient padding. I love it.
