When I game I use a headset. I bought this mic for Zoom family calls when two or three people sit by my side in front of a PC with a webcam. The audio is way better than the little microphone built into the webcam, that's for sure. If someone in my room needs to say something quickly that I don't want the video conference participants to hear, they can quickly press the mute button. That's great. It reminds me of the mics on my Polycom conference phone I have at work. The only downside I have is that the green/red light that should indicate if the mic is on or off is under the grille. So it's a bit hard to see - you have to move your head back and forth until you're at the right angle to see the light shining through the holes.
