I bought 5 of these mugs. At first I liked her very much. In the first week the part holding the straw broke. I threw it away as something might have happened during delivery. So I opened a second one. A week later he did the same. Now I'm on the third. It was just approaching its second week of use, and guess what. He just collapsed. Then she gave it to her husband. The same thing happened. So now I'm on my last one. I am so disappointed. I really liked this concept. It was exactly what I was looking for. I'm not strict about cups. Most of my mugs are from the last few years. I'm not a kid and I'm not a riff on things. It's definitely quality. There is a bug on the pins that hold the straw. I was planning to buy more in the future to decorate and sell. I'm glad I decided to try the product first. I hate giving a bad review for a company. I'm not that kind of person and I wouldn't want that to be done to me. Unfortunately, this shortcoming ruins the fabulous concept. I also really like this straw mouthpiece. It is convenient when drinking. Not too thin and not too bulky. I hope this shortcoming will be remedied.
