I ordered bamboo toothbrushes from this brand because it's one of the companies that people talk about more so I wanted to see if it was worth all the hype. The box arrived all battered and broken; It's not the company's fault, but that's how my experience started. Some toothbrushes were slightly damaged in transit but not unusable. The bristles are very hard, although they claim to be so soft that they bother our teeth a bit. The handles are very light and rough, some had splinters that could be torn off. I don't know if I received a defective item or not. It takes about two days for customer service to reply to you between emails and they said I could come back but I had already opened a few and didn't want to go through the hassle of paying shipping to send them back. It also didn't matter that they're made in China, even if they're made "responsibly". Unfortunately, due to the product received, I will not be buying this brand again.
