I was pleasantly surprised by these nails. They last about a week (I take good care of my nails at work) and are very strong. My nails are naturally very weak and don't grow well on their own so I like to have something to give them extra support. I've been doing acrylics for years and have tried nail extensions but hate their harshness. I was looking for something in between nail polish (which doesn't stick to my nails AT ALL) and acrylic and they were the clear winner. They make my nails stronger and thicker, but not so strong that they don't bend. I tried 3 different colors and loved each one.
