Updated: 12/22/18 I am pleased to report that the seller contacted me after seeing my review. They offered to refund the money or send a replacement charger. I opted for a replacement hoping the previous one was a faulty charger. They actually sent me an upgraded version of the charger and it comes with all components including the power adapter. So far it's working great and I'm very happy with the customer service from this seller. Unfortunately that doesn't work for me anymore. I have always used this charger in my bedroom to charge my iPhone XS at night. I have never changed my outlet or power supply since I started using it. Now the green light comes on indicating it's charging, but it won't charge my phone anymore. Very disappointing for waste of money.
