The first two nights I used this device, it didn't charge my iPhone XS. After reading the reviews and more information about the charger, it became clear that the problem was that I had unplugged the iPhone's USB wall charger and plugged the wireless charger into it. After I replaced the wall USB with the Revain USB, the product worked flawlessly. It would be great if the product came with a USB wall socket to avoid all these problems from the start. Not suitable for iPhone

I decided to try it, I bought it for my iPhone 8+. It didn't charge my phone any better than the included charger. Actually it was very slow. It took 2 hours to go from 25% to 33% battery life. I also noticed that it didn't charge at all - didn't register my phone being on it despite it glowing. However, my fiancé has a Samsung Galaxy S9 and charges his phone quite well compared to my iPhone. So I guess if you have an iPhone, be careful.

Don't waste money.

I saw wireless chargers at the apple store and thought I could save a buck on this fake one. My husband and I both got one and we both had HUGE issues with our phones (multi-touch issues, broken camera, broken speakers) that may not be related but started when we used them and stopped when we did stopped. Because of this, they are directly badly charged. If you move a little in the wrong direction, they won't charge. Sometimes they just randomly stop loading. Seriously not a good buy.

Stopped working in less than 2 months

Updated: 12/22/18 I am pleased to report that the seller contacted me after seeing my review. They offered to refund the money or send a replacement charger. I opted for a replacement hoping the previous one was a faulty charger. They actually sent me an upgraded version of the charger and it comes with all components including the power adapter. So far it's working great and I'm very happy with the customer service from this seller. Unfortunately that doesn't work for me anymore. I have always

This excellent charger got me five stars in every category! It's so easy to plug into any USB charger and place your phone on top for a quick charge. I have Samsung and Apple phones and this works great for both! Travel? The small profile of this charger makes it easy to take with you wherever you go. Initially I thought this product was great, materials seem good, overall functionality works as advertised. iPhone X charging - phone gets very hot even on short charge

At first I thought this product was great, materials seemed good, overall functionality works as advertised. You place your phone (with a case) on the mat and it instantly picks up a signal and charges the phone. In my experience and my spouse's, when we both have iPhone X models, the phones are VERY WARM even after a short charge (however, the LED will illuminate, confirming that the charging connection has been made, then it will turn off to avoid that bright annoying LED.
