Finger puppets are a gift that never fails to please

My neighbor is a young woman who recently had a baby (boy). I wanted to give them something I hoped no one else would give them as a child's gift - finger puppets. Well, she was excited. Before that, she hadn't even thought about it for her child. I told her it wouldn't be long (because everyone else was giving their baby toys). I have heard that by around 10 months of age an infant develops the ability to focus both eyes on the same target. So this toy was for him when he was a bit older. But finger puppets can be enjoyed between parent/family/friend and child for many years. I would say maybe even first grade. These dolls are sure to be made out of fabric and felt. There are no plastic parts (e.g. eyes) that can be torn off and swallowed. This is a gift that will delight you for years.
