Not entirely satisfied with this device!

The reason I bought this device is to keep my heels smooth. Foot lotions and scrubs help, but my heels need a little more care. At first it was a great addition to my foot regiment, but as I continued to use it, it helped me less than I first thought. It has interchangeable footstones that you can replace. It was a bit difficult at first to remove them so I could clean the unit and change stone heads. Now it doesn't seem to be holding a charge. Needs frequent charging (charging cable included). I've had it for a while and it wasn't working when I first bought it. My search continues.
