This is the only oil I've used that really gives my skin a healthy glow. And I've used many products that claim to do this. It penetrates quickly and works well on its own. I prefer to use it under my moisturizer at night or during the day when I'm not wearing foundation. I don't think it works that well as a makeup primer, but it can be used for that purpose as well. I didn't notice any unpleasant odor as mentioned in some reviews. I find it almost "odorless" and a great product at a great price.
