Review on Free Conference Calling by Brad Schaefer

I use this program about 5 out 10 work days per month, because our office uses it as well so we can keep communication lines open during business hours or when traveling! Calls are usually around 30 minutes in length once connected which helps minimize downtime between calls if needed. If using more than one location there may be some delays while transferring but nothing too bad really. This was very helpful for us back then and has continued into today's day/night time environments where businesses would otherwise not function due their lack off staff members working late (more often) without them being able to answer phones etc. We used free conference calling software by another vendor that didn't quite meet all of my needs with regards to phone functionality (such as answering machine). By utilizing freechat now instead of those other vendors products - things have been running smoother since switching I love the simplicity, it's easy enough for anyone to use. It has saved me countless hours of trying to get people together for meetings or calls. The support is great too! They are always willing to answer any questions we have. Sometimes their system can be glitchy but they resolve those issues quickly. I would highly suggest trying out this product. We've been able to save time and money by using free conference calling instead of paying per minute charges.
