The massager has good power that allows it to penetrate very deeply into the neck muscles. I was concerned that if I applied too much pressure it would stop, but luckily these little massage fingers have good torque. The heating function is a nice addition, although I don't use it often. The straps appear to be of very high quality and made of a nice material, similar to the rubber used in phone cases. The user interface is easy to use.
