This changed my life. I've suffered from severe Palmer's and Planter's hyperhidrosis my entire life and nothing helped until I found this. It took about a week of daily use to really kick in, but now my hands and feet are virtually sweat-free. I experimented for a few months but settled on three uses per week, applied at night before bed. I leave it on overnight and in the morning I wash the residue off my hands and just leave my feet alone. Sometimes I skip a night and feel like it will wear off before my next scheduled use, but it will probably take a few weeks for it to wear off completely.
