I am writing this review only hoping to give others a glimpse of this product which I would like to have before I invest SO much money I will be the first to who admits i'm not complete i researched this product before i started using it i found out too late that only cricut products/clothes are guaranteed to give preferred results unaware of this i have a pair Baby shower onesie made They came out pretty good a bit stained and bumpy but acceptable Am Then the day before the shower I found out I have to wear Cricut brand overalls! There was nothing left but to unwrap and hand wash the gift to test it out. To my great dismay, all the ink washed out! Not only did I panic-buy the Cricut branded jumpsuits to make this gift the right one, but after further research I found out that the Cricut abs are also a must-have. (A regular iron can be used, but again, "for best results" is discouraged.) The reason I did it was because there's a lot I can do for myself and my daughters—I've even bought several Cricut bags. Well, to shorten this long review, I've read everything on the iron, but my results are not worthy of a donation. The picture was blotchy. I ended up buying regular cotton overalls and used a regular iron. I even made a bag that came out stained too. I put too much in, several rolls of infusible ink, a press, Cricut products, etc. and nothing came out as advertised. Even with the right materials, preparation, pressing, temperature and time - whatever, the finished product was spotted every time. So I wanted others who might not be Scream experts to make sure it was worth the investment. before you buy this ink. If this product could be used with any fabric I wouldn't be so critical, but when it ONLY works on their material and products and even that result was far from perfect, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'm sure many have created great products but unfortunately after a few tries it just wasn't for me.
