love this shop. The keyboard didn't work.
I like this case but the keyboard doesn't work and there's no way to swap it out. It's very hard to find good cases for the 2020 iPad Pro, so it's very frustrating that I can't just trade it in or the keyboard for a new one. I would be very careful ordering from this supplier as if there is something wrong with the product a refund might be the only option.
