That all parts work

The reason for the low response is the area on top of the lid where you place the charging handle, it doesn't work. Instead of sending it back I just cut off the thin rubber where the stylus sits because I love the thin white keyboard that comes with the case. And it's hard to find a case that I generally like for the iPad Pro 12.9.

love this shop. The keyboard didn't work.

I like this cover but the keyboard doesn't work and there's no way to replace it. It's very hard to find good cases for the 2020 iPad Pro, so it's very frustrating that I can't just trade it in or the keyboard for a new one. I would be very careful ordering from this supplier as if there is something wrong with the product a refund might be the only option.

Fn+C is the key! Lol best in keyboard cases

I got it today, thank god I read one of the reviews as I thought the keyboard didn't work and was ready to return it! Even the instructions say you just have to press the connect button for 3 seconds, but you MUST press the Fn button as well. Once that was figured out, it was plugged in and working with no issues! The keyboard is lightweight and easy to remove. The case is excellent quality and I love the color it's the same as the picture. . I wish it had a trackpad, but that's about it. -1…

Press Fn + C to connect keyboard in Bluetooth settings. lol. I did not know that.

I love the color of the case and how it can hold my Apple Pencil and the keyboard is detachable. However, better instructions are needed to connect it. If I hadn't gone back to Amazon to re-read the product info I wouldn't have known that you have to press Fn + C to plug it in because that's nowhere in the manual, so I guess the previous review says this not working. Now that it's plugged in, it works great. All buttons work. Useful at school.

No instructions on how to use the keyboard functions

I have an iPad 12.9 (4th gen) and I ordered a pink keyboard case and it works very well. I was able to put my iPad in the case without any problems and it is also very easy to take it out of the case. The sleep/wake mode works great and you should be able to charge your Apple Pencil (2nd generation) without taking your iPad out of the case. The keyboard attaches to the case with a magnet, and trust me, it won't fall off! It comes with a charging cable and charges very quickly. My only downside…

Great for keeping your iPad safe and the detachable keyboard works well.

Let's face it, this thing isn't designed to stop a bullet. It protects your iPad from other things in your backpack and from very light falls. The case actually consists of two parts, a flip cover and a molded foam sleeve that attaches to your iPad. The flip-top is permanently attached to the casting, which appears to be pretty solid.
