Bought two. One to test how I'm going to use it to see how it fits etc. It's plastic, similar to an inflatable pool. It has a distinct odor and definitely won't rip unless you're acting like a maniac trying to show everyone around you how cool you are instead of saving lives. The case is very good, I would suggest it can be reused if you buy others that still fit. However, I will admit that it is a bit difficult to force air through the valve. I've never had to use other wearable devices. Maybe it's the norm. I think it would be fine if maybe you were using it on a child and didn't want to force too much air, but on an adult I would feel like you're a little confused breathing.
