handle drop. it absolutely will not stay in the extended, locked position. After just a few scrubs, the grip begins to shrink until I bend over, which hurts my back. So I bought a long handled carpet brush. so you don't have to lean too far. *** So I'm just asking the manufacturer to replace the folding handle with a fixed one - as I should have - see photo. I used one of my Libman mop handles and everything went smoothly - this brush works great. You have a great product but you are preventing it from fulfilling its true purpose by using a broken pen - let it go now - and help it to be the best by providing a better pen. Please.
