Cheap but works

I have a lot of retro consoles. I needed a way to connect my PS2, Xbox and Xbox 360 to my HDTV via a component. It was just annoying having to unplug and plug it in every time I wanted to use the console. I saw it and the price was right so I figured why not. I spent what I saved on it on very good quality cables. My first impression was just pure laughter. It was lightweight and definitely cheaply built. I looked at the instructions and it was the worst translation I've ever seen of a Chinese product. They were ridiculously useless and we're in total gibberish. But this switch is simple. Plug in the cables for your devices and connect the cable from the box to your TV and you're done. You can't screw it up even if you try. Otherwise the thing works very well. I didn't notice any image quality problems or anything like that. So I would say it was a good buy. I have a few issues with it, although it makes me deduct a star. In fact, the only reason I took the star off was because it slides very easily across my TV stand when I press the button. Because it's lightweight and doesn't have non-slip rubber feet, you'll need to hold onto it when you switch sources. It's not hard to buy some self-adhesive rubber strips to stick to the floor, but that should have been included when building. Also, the switches look pretty stiff, but hey, for the price I don't blame them as they work well. Verdict: For the price, it works well. I am satisfied and recommend. There are more expensive switches on the market, but I don't see a reason to upgrade right now. Let's see if it lasts long because it's cheap. But again, for the price, it works for me.
