Good news. At first the strap was great. Easy to use. My Vivofit3 crashed straight into the metal front panel. The braided straps fit my wrist perfectly no matter how active I am. The bad news. I purchased this tape on June 22nd, 2020 and on August 22nd, 2020 the woven tape was frayed at the connection point with the front panel and fell apart. Luckily that happened at my house and I didn't lose my Garmin Vivofit3. For a watch that you wear all the time, you need a more durable watch strap. Expensive for a two month purchase.
