A gift for a newborn. Ordered 1. Couldn't get it to work, couldn't open the battery compartment. Sent back for exact replacement. Still didn't work but was able to unscrew the battery box this lap. There are no batteries at all. We installed the required 2 AAAs and now everything is great! Delicious! Love it! The on/off switch appears to be upside down, but since kids can't read, it doesn't matter. I love it and so does our new niece. Didn't rate 5 stars due to the battery issue and the fact that the battery compartment on the first was so narrow we were afraid we'd cut something out to try to get in to see if the batteries could be replaced.
