I used to try balancing an old bottle on a new one to carry lotion. There's no good way to connect them, so it's pretty messy unless you glue them together. I then switched to placing the old bottle upside down on a plastic cup to drain the water and then scooping the lotion out of the cup. If you don't use it fast enough it will become too sticky in air. THEN I started balancing the old bottle with a regular travel lotion bottle, which worked fine but was still awkward to set up and balance as travel lotion bottles are much smaller and typically didn't have a flat bottom to stand upright. Waste-free adapter. Sorry, I didn't just find this out of convenience years ago. The adapter fits my Lubriderm bottle by default so I will be ordering more soon. As others have said, remember that 1 pack works for 1 bottle. The 2 items in it are not 2 full caps but 1 cap piece and 2 adapters that change the size of the bottle that 1 cap piece can fit.
