I chose this for a family member and she loves it! It cleans thoroughly quickly and easily, loves the feeling on teeth and gums and also loves the facial brush. Immediately after eating, she has to get up and go brush her teeth because she can't stand the feeling of anything but freshness in her mouth! Battery life is as expected, as is charging time, and I like the stable base this device uses to charge. I took off a star because there is no information on how to get replacement nibs (other than contacting the company), the major brands nibs are compatible. At this price I'm assuming there will be a way to just get new attachments and figure out how much they're going to cost. Fortunately, there will be many attachments in the near future. Overall, I'm happy with this toothbrush and its results, but I'd like direct access to information on replacement brush heads without having to contact the company. I will be in touch with the company regarding replacement tips and will update this review asap so you all know what to expect in the long term if you decide to purchase this device.
