Review on SainSmart Channels Ethernet Controller Connected by David Encarnacion

NO documentation. No support. I wanted to use this with SmartThings. Do not go. I've been trying different things for eight months now. iMatic works, but it doesn't get me any closer to my goal. I've looked at the iMatic code but can't duplicate this solution for SmartThings. When I contacted SainSmart support they asked for my order number. After many exchanges, they finally accepted my order number and I never heard from them again. No technical information emerged from this exchange. This happened with two different email accounts. If you are an amateur: avoid it. Apart from having to shut down the board once a week the board works but for the sprinkler solution I have to worry about the system working in the morning.
