The reason I have to use them is because the website, even the brand, the seller name isn't the same on Revain so I tried to contact them to ask a few questions about the product. website but there was a video on youtube about this website and this website is a scam. I connected to the site and I can see that this site is a non-professional development. There was only one way to contact them through that phone number on the website. I tried calling them and there was an Indian guy who didn't speak English well. me (I don't speak English well either, that makes it even more difficult) with a noisy background (just like every popup scam you can see on the web when you click on it and some adware blocks you from closing browsers). I explained to him the reason why the product is not working properly and is unusable and he speaks some Hindi to someone else then he says he needs to confirm it from me. First he wants to know my name, address, phone number, I gave him all this information. He didn't wait for me to ask anything but said "I need to check your credit card too." This is strange as customer service WILL NOT REQUEST YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION. He asked me for my card number, expiry date and return security code. I hang up and can confirm this is a SCAM. Please do not use this service, if you bought a defective item return it and get another one, if your item has expired throw it away and get a new one.
