There are no complaints about the quality of the goods received. It is soft and warm and the material feels very durable. However what I received was the wrong item, the socks I ordered were supposed to have cute kitty faces and the ones I received were blank with no pattern or design. kitten or something. I usually try to find out if there's a way to exchange them for the correct item, but as they're supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter (who loves socks and cats) it's now December 15th. I think it's best to just move it to Revane's weekend. It's still a pretty good product.
