Great BUT. for extension cord

In theory this is such a handy product but unfortunately it doesn't fit on my desk or stand so I put it on a bookshelf in my office. I also hang it on the towel rack in the bathroom when needed because my bathroom never has enough outlets. It really should have a spring-loaded arm that's the same width as the device itself. The arm is currently about half an inch long which means it won't touch anything I have other than my bookshelf and therefore cannot be stably mounted. (My shelves aren't wide enough to even touch the lever, and my antique tables are too deep to stand on). However, the lever spring is very strong, but because it's so thin, the extension changes position with every touch! Perhaps a wider arm and a pair of flat wings with rubber grips on each side of the top of the strip would have at least partially prevented this. The USB and C ports work great and are faster than I expected. The LED indicator at the top is so dim I can barely tell if the strip is on or not! I can only imagine that when it's dark. And there's no label to tell you which is which. At least not from what I saw (I have poor eyesight so it might just be me). Having so many places to connect power cords and USB devices is extremely convenient and I love the concept! I like that the band is at waist level and my laces are off the floor. If this design improves I will end up buying a few more. Until then, though, it gets one of my lowest ratings. The seller does not contact you as promised, even after sending a direct email to my mailbox asking me to contact him if he is not satisfied. This is very frustrating. Eventually I will redesign the lever to cover more area and hold more items, but haven't had the time yet. I'm hoping that developers/suppliers, whatever, can address this and design this item with either a wider arm or other mounting options so it's more useful in more places and stops it from moving with every touch. UPDATE: I had to increase my stars from 2 to 3 because the customer service team never contacted me but gave me a full refund. I'd rather talk to them, but at least they recognized me.
