Not as well balanced as the factory fan I replaced.

Advantages: simply install, connect and you're done. Dislikes: The fan blade wasn't balanced enough not to notice the steering wheel vibrating heavily every time it was turned on. You could double check the balance to better confirm it's ready to use.
