I am a middle aged man looking for a more natural product to grow a healthier and thicker beard. I took a chance buying the Beard Grow XL although I thought it was a bit pricey at $60 for a month's supply. The tablets are taken 3 times a day and are easy to swallow (see picture). Some of the nutritional values that made me want to try this product (see image on label) are: BEARD GROW XL contains many vitamins in addition to the Beard Grow XL formula. Take the following examples: Biotin or B9 is useful in preventing hair loss and thinning hair. Pantothenic acid helps the adrenal glands produce red blood cells. Folic acid helps the body produce and maintain new cells. Vitamin A helps the immune system and organs work properly. Vitamin C is excellent for lowering blood pressure, is an antioxidant, good for white blood cells and memory, among other things. Vitamin E is also an antioxidant and is known to slow down the aging process. MSM has many benefits, including hair growth, but it will take a week to a few months before you notice a big difference as your body needs time to absorb it. Saw palmetto is known to prevent hair loss. Horsetail extract is known to treat brittle bones, hair, teeth and nails. Choline is known to help maintain cells. Inositol is known to promote hair growth. PABA, also called Bx, is used to treat skin conditions as well as male infertility. Put it all in one easy to swallow pill and it works! It took me a few weeks to see a noticeable difference, but the spots are almost gone and my beard and facial skin are softer. I would recommend the $2/day price if you want to visibly improve your beard.
