Review on FIRECentral by Elder Unogu

The program has been very good at capturing all my incidents in one place! It's easy for new employees to use as it comes with videos tutorials included so we have no issues learning this product from scratch. I like how they are constantly adding more features but not always making them available right away which can be frustrating if you're having problems using something specific. Not really anything bad about Fire Central except maybe it would help out those who aren't familiar with computer systems (like me). We've had fewer lost or damaged records due to all our events being recorded here than there was before just by collecting everything up front instead of trying to remember what happened after-the fact. This saves us time too since now when someone calls asking questions the other person knows exactly where he/she worked last week. Also helps prevent future losses through documentation purposes because now everyone sees things happening first hand rather then relying solely off memory once again reducing.
