Review on πŸ“ž AT&T SB67118 DECT 6.0 Corded/Cordless Phone Review: Black/Silver, Including 1 Base and 1 Handset by Nicole Baca

Great for my small business but has quirks

My first cordless phone. Installing this phone system requires patience and a willingness to put in some work. Some features aren't configured in the most intuitive way. Once set up, the auto attendant and auto reply messages work well. There seems to be an issue with the voicemail system where people hang up without warning fairly quickly. I was told by AT&T support that if the person didn't speak they would hang up in about 7-10 seconds. It has some sort of voice-activated recording technology that disables the phone. Caller ID works great, but you need to get caller ID from your phone provider. disabled, it behaves and sounds very much like a cell phone. Some of my customers have said they don't like this phone because they think it's less intuitive than a traditional analog phone. I'm hard of hearing and I really like the loud speakerphone on cordless phones. I bought this phone because I was struggling with frequent dropped calls due to automated marketing calls. It worked. If no one is available to dial my extension, I don't answer, no more interruptions. This alone made the purchase of this telephone system worthwhile.
