The support team is outstanding! They are always willing to help you with any questions or issues as they arise throughout your project development process from start-to finish - including after launch of our site when we have additional needs/questions during their maintenance period for us (which extends beyond initial deployment).

This has been one less thing I need worry about since launching my first website back around 2008 using Wordpress CMS technology which was hosted by them at time too so it's nice being able see how far web design & hosting services come along over those years :) Overall experience working wtih this agency overall had very positive experiences even though there were some minor hiccups here anndthere but nothing major really worth mentioning other than normal startup learning curve associated withe new platform etc..
